Programmer Dvorak extension redundant since official support added #90

Since the Programmer Dvorak layout was added to Chrome OS in 2015 (https://crbug.com/483283), https://github.com/google/extra-keyboards-for-chrome-os/tree/master/dvp-dvorak is no longer useful and the Chrome extension published at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/programmer-dvorak/mogcmmflienoigckdgnkkkafbgkaecbj (1000+ users) redundant.

Thanks for bringing this up, @hickford. I will make a commit to remove the programmer Dvorak from this repository. I am not sure how to handle deprecating the extension, however. I do not want to just remove it without some way to notify the users that they can use the native input selection in Chrome OS. Perhaps there is some way to do that but I do not know what it is yet.
