ComposeKey: Add standard keyboard settings to Compose Key keyboard

It'd be great if the compose key keyboards offered standard keyboard setting options in addition to its options, e.g. this stuff:

Keyboard Name (Language) Settings Page

Physical keyboard

Auto-correction
Auto-capitalization
Enable next word prediction

On-screen keyboard

Sound on keypress
Auto-correction
Auto-capitalization
Double-space to type period
Enable glide typing
Input a word by sliding through the letters
Edit Dictionary Entries
