Display of the lesson weighting incorrect when first loading the settings for a lesson #2826

Reproduction Steps

Create a Course
Add 3 Lesson in the Course Builder
Attach a Quiz to only one Lesson
Assign Weightage only to the Lesson with the quiz
Save, and refresh
Click into the Settings of the Lesson with the quiz
Hover over the Lesson Weight input

Expected Behavior

Shows "100%" for weight

Actual Behavior

Shows 33%. When you change the value it then calculates the percentage correctly, as shown in this video: https://share.cleanshot.com/72pMbvVf

This issue has be recreated:

Locally
On a staging site
On a production website
With only LifterLMS and a default theme
