actually pretty hard to know what we need to do to start using it with the current avalon version

example :
set AVALON_CONFIG=<my_config>
set AVALON_LABEL=
set AVALON_SENTRY=

no indication on what we need to link to "Label" and "Sentry"

Yes, you are right..

Best I can do right now is direct you to the chat room, where you can ask questions to hopefully fill in some of those gaps.

If you are able, I would also most appreciate helping filling in the documentation with what you find. My goal is for it to be crystal clear, but development has gone so fast lately that it's been hard to keep up.

Edit: To answer these questions at least; SENTRY is optional, and refers to the bug tracking software. LABEL is also optional (I think) but could be worth a browse through the getavalon/core or getavalon/launcher repository where it would be used.
