[Feature request] Rule for limiting the amount of classes

This rule what makes Is see the amount of classes that you put in a component and if you pass 30 or 40 depending of your configuration you get the warning or the error

This is useful for avoid components with large amount of classes, this components can be made with cva or adding a custom class
