Everything works except the mouse as the right stick

I've managed to get everything to work except for the mouse acting as the right stick. This means that when i'm trying to play a shooter game with my mouse and keyboard I can't aim or move properly at all as for some reason I can't change where i'm looking.

Is someone able to offer me some advice on how to fix this please as i'd love to be able to just play with my keyboard and mouse rather than having to carry round a controller with me.

But yeah it's just the mouse acting as the right stick that I can't get to work.

First off are you using Web browser streaming or xbox companion app? I have issue with right stick on web browser and pretty sure this solution won't work with web browser streaming yet as it's fairly new.
