More descriptive deploy messages

Here's the current deploy messages:

Compare to Pantheon tools which prints the URL and title of the ticket. This is super helpful with detective work when something weird happens. That might not be possible for project_ci (is there a way to get user-input before running the deploy step)? If that's the case, then just the name of the branch that was merged in, or a PR number would go a long way.
