Add --version flag to terminal arguments

Hi! Is it possible to add a version flag. I see your new release is supposed to show a progress in Finder. It doesn't seem to work, so I went to check the version and cannot seem to do that.

Thank you and great project. I am using fx-upscale in my 3D Blu-ray to MV-HEVC converter, so I am really happy you added that support directly. Less chance of failures with very slight sync issues.

I'll definitely look into this, in the meantime you can use brew info fx-upscale if installed through homebrew
