NOTE: This is a draft branch for r6 support. Once r6 is released, the final specification files can be used to generate the models and this branch can be merged.

Generated the models and set up necessary additional files (fhir_ext, bootstrap, etc.).

Added similar unit tests that were added for r4b and r5. Still minimal multi-version testing.
