Field MedicinalProductIngredient.specifiedSubstance.strength.referenceStrength.strength is missing #318

According to R4 FHIR spec, MedicinalProductIngredient.specifiedSubstance.strength.referenceStrength.strength is a required field: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/r4/medicinalproductingredient-definitions.html#MedicinalProductIngredient.specifiedSubstance.strength.referenceStrength.strength

It is missing in the test:
