Enable PHP cross compilation when compiling APP

We are currently compiling PHP from source code for Darwin systems (#189) when we are building the APP, but if we build this APP on a system other than Darwin, we will compile PHP for this current system instead to compile for Darwin.

We need to compile PHP for Darwin regardless of the system we are building the APP on.
