How to alias figlet into figlet/lib/figlet.js

I have this setup:

export default function WebpackPlugin() {
  return {
    name: 'webpack',
    configureWebpack() {
      return {
        resolve: {
          alias: {
            "figlet": path.resolve(__dirname, './node_modules/figlet/lib/figlet.js')
          }
        }
      };
    },
  };
}

plugins: ['./src/plugins/webpack.js'],

Yet I keep getting error:

[ERROR] Client bundle compiled with errors therefore further build is impossible.
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'figlet' in '/home/kuba/projects/jcubic/terminal/repo/docusaurus/docs/src/components/Terminal'
Did you mean './figlet'?
Requests that should resolve in the current directory need to start with './'.

I use TypeScript and I need to create an alias, so I can have types for the imports.

I need to use:

import figlet from 'figlet';

in file named ./figlet.ts.

But this throw error because it imports node module, I need to import browser version from figlet/lib/figlet.js. Is there a way to create an alias like this?
