.csv export of all reports

Best solution:

Admin user login - Add a "Export reports" button to the reports section table header that will compile a .csv file of all reports and download to the admin users computer.

Suggestion:

• See if Firebase already has a way of exporting all reports to .csv.
• This repo has code for exporting reports.
