Currently it does. I could see us making an exception for historical figures, but generally, my sense is that directing reviews from the person to the thing the person does (e.g., a specific album or book) makes the most sense. I also wouldn't mind using an item like https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1379733 (presidency of Barack Obama) to describe the overall work a person has done -- as opposed to trying to review the human being. Does that make sense?
Thanks
