[Suggestion] Toggle to enable/disable printed jobs history

I think it should be possible to disable the printed history on the printer options.

Maybe implement it on the privacy settings?

Should the clear function allow individual print jobs to be removed from the queue or always all print jobs in this list at once?

And addressing the elementary developer team: What kind of implementation would you like to see to solve this issue?

I have pushed PRs that allow the user to clear the queue but I am not sure whether the CUPS server can be configured not to leave completed jobs in the queue (obviously ongoing and stalled jobs will always be put in the queue by the server)
