No matter the region/format, whenever I attempt to "Set System Language", I don't receive visual feedback that it is set. I imagine it should follow the precedent of the "Set Language" button, which turns from blue to white to show unactivated to activated. "Set System Language" receives a blue border when clicked, but it doesn't look like the action has gone through. (By the way, why doesn't the icon just have a lock icon on it so as to indicate that it can be unlocked with admin rights rather than leaving the lock banner to guesswork?)
With the checkbox on the left, it's hard to tell whether that represents the system language or the language.
Also there's no information shown for the reader to readily discern the difference between the system language and language—why aren't both just set by the same button and represented by the same checkbox?
