Background Startup Apps

Problem

The current option for 'Startup Apps' seems to open the apps in the foreground rather than in the background.

Proposal

Add a feature to the 'Startup Apps' option that allows starting app processes in the background, which would boost startup speed.

What application did you use for the tests?

Good day, I used apps like: Chrome, Tasks, Syncthing, Calculator, PlayonLinux, Calendar, File Manager, just to make a few. 3rd party and proprietary apps that I use often and would like for their sessions to start running at boot so that those apps may open faster.
