I tried to make a new archive made of ~ 30k files (mp3s, videos and images). The archive manager showed a progress indicator, but it didn't move, staying all the time at 1%. It seems that the software is initializing, and not starting to compress files.
So I decided to try with another application. It's seems a bit more mature application, so I decided to configure it as the default archive manager. This is not possible at the moment from settings > application panel

Describe the solution you'd like
At first place, I'd say that the default archive manger is a bit too basic, but that is fine.
What about adding the default archive manager selection in the application settings panel ?
