Incorrect order of language selection during ElementaryOS installation.

What Happened?

It appears that language sorting in the Installer is case-sensitive, which causes languages like Polish to be incorrectly sorted and placed at the end of the list, along with other languages that start with a lowercase letter.

Steps to Reproduce

Just run installer

Expected Behavior

All languages should start with an uppercase letter to be sorted correctly, OR the sorting should be case-insensitive.
