Bluetooth sharing: No feedback when file transfer is blocked by ongoing transfer.

What Happened?

While transferring a file from phone to laptop was on going, and attempt was made to send a file to the phone (from the same laptop). The dialog appeared but no notification appeared on the phone and the transfer did not start. There was no indication on the dialog what was blocking the transfer.

Expected Behavior

The file sending dialog should indicate better the status of the transfer and give any reason why it cannot commence.
