It's hard for me to evaluate whether this is working as expected, but the do_all_code.sh script does report errors when it's run.

Do you have docker installed locally?
(I should really update this to error out early if there is no docker found.)

I do have docker installed locally.

$ docker --version
Docker version 19.03.6, build 369ce74a3c
