Must of the links to the countries do not have latest information on covid19, while some are just articles on covid19

Hi - I completed some more columns. Mainly sourced from your github account (https://github.com/dsfsi/covid19africa/tree/master/data/line_lists). Would you mind going through and double check that I did not miss any links?

Main interest was to find the actual line list entries rather than aggregated case counts.
