Feature request

I found this plugin very useful while working with my Ionic Cordova project. Now I'm migrating it to capacitor and also started another capacitor project. As I'd like to avoid adding android/ios project to repository - having an option to modify plist/manifest files would be even more useful. I think we could use capacitor.config.json for this purpose.
