Hi Shell Lee,
Thanks for your feedback, we were unable to reproduce your issue in our side. In order to investigate your issue further, can you help to confirm several questions?
Could you help to check if this issue still reproduces after repairing your VS via installer?
Are you installed other extensions in your machine? (Such as Resharper? Could you try to uninstall other extensions and then check whether your issue also reproduces or not?)
Does this issue only reproduce in one special file type? Can you try to create a new C# Console App and check if this issue also reproduces?
Could you provide us a repro video using https://www.screentogif.com/ or more information(detailed repro steps and simple repro file) about your issue if this issue still reproduces?
Thanks

My cpp editor is OK, but csharp editor has the issue.
I have no plugin which will format code.
Not need to record screen for I only select the code by mouse (or shift + up arrow) and then perform use ctrl+k,ctrl+s shortcut to select #if code snippet then the issue reproduced. Right click to pop context menu and then add #if code snippet can also reproduce the issue.
