In an effort to prepare arcade-extensions to use a newer version that should have provide a fix for a CG issue, we should do the following:

  • Stop using the deprecated vsts-task-lib and use azure-pipelines-task-lib
  • Upgrade to using version 4.4.0 of azure-pipelines-task-lib.

Doesn't look like any tasks in the repo is using vsts-task-lib, so that's good.
