Clearly explain the issue(s) with the page(s) (if there is a visual issue, a screenshot is required):

According to OpenCore Configuration, NormalizeHeaders is (maybe) required for macOS High Sierra to boot: Cleanup ACPI header fields to workaround macOS ACPI implementation flaws that result in boot crashes. The issue was fixed in macOS Mojave (10.14)

In my case, following the current guide, I would be able to get Sierra, Mojave to Monterey, but not High Sierra. Changing NormalizeHeaders to True when booting High Sierra fixes that.

Include possible fixes

Add note about ACPI -> Quirks > NormalizeHeaders for macOS High Sierra: True
