Adding fftw delegate

Are you able to add --with-fftw which is needed for certain transformations?

If it's not something obvious, let me know and I will try to give it a go and do a PR.

Hi, yes that would be possible. If you could create PR that would be awesome, otherwise I'll be away next week but can look into in the week after. What would be the best way to test delegate?
