Make it easier to create presentation-only .components

In the PMO guide, we create a few components that do not need a view model (or styles really), like this one:

We can either explain in the guide what pieces to remove, or make it easier to generate components that only need a template.

@phillipskevin In my opinion this shouldn't block the donejs 1.0 release. Are you ok with removing this from the 1.0 Epic?

We don't use this particular template in PMO any more. However there are still presentation-only templates. I wonder if we should start to just make .stache template and not create a component. Just an idea.
