Add --simulate & --estimate flags (or --simulate & --estimate-only as in starkli)

Could you elaborate on what would be the expected output/behaviour of these flags? I guess --estimate would just be the overall price denominated by the fee token (or could even be more verbose by displaying the individual values in the estimate response object) but for --simulate is probably just like a dry run? Checking if sending the tx would succeed or not?
