Discord RPC is not working on my windows PC #333

Discord RPC doesn't pop up, with:

Minecraft
Visual studio / Visual Studio code
Custom RPC app my friend made

There is no app it works with

I am using three instances of discord if this matters.

It seems to have been an isue with windows, after an restart it works
