Add "old page" support

On the old NFC, there was a "manual entry" page to still be able to put bets in while the round data was not being harvested.

In short, it just let you put any pirate into any dropdown, and edit the open/current odds.

Optionally, foods can be entered to calculate Food Adjustments but (as implemented,) only using the url. The foods variable is an array of arrays, the top-level array has a length of 4, and each sub-array is length of 10. Flattened, this would be 40 items total. The elements are unique integers.
