Could you tell me the license of 3ds-hbmenu?

Almost unfortunately, Github covers such cases by stating that it’s automatically copywrited and can’t be copied or distributed without the author attaching an open-source license to it.

I say almost, because the case is both grey, and rest assured the author is not going to sue you, when the front page of the repo clearly states “ Feel free to use code from hbmenu for your own projects, so long as you give credit to its original authors.”
