Date Range Picker from and to date change event and data binding

Please add a change event whenever we change start date and end date and start time and end time. These events should fire with respective data whenever we change the values and not when we set the date picker. Also we should be able to change the start time and end time lively. For example if we select start time and we want to set end time by a business rule, by current implementation it is not possible. Please accommodate the mentioned changes so that this control will be very useful.
