Clickable links on notifications and errors

Often-times notifications are a call to action for users. We have the information and know where to direct them if they so choose, but we don't currently have a way of embedding links inside notifications (altough we could prompt them to press a redirect, however that doesn't always work well, e.g. if we want to embedd links inside errors).

In the image below, ideally we'd make "Good Pros" clickable which would navigate the user to the record page.
