Is there any timeline for a proper release ?

the current version of libserdes is not compatible with latest avro version. and there is no proper release also.

could you please provide information when there will be a proper release and also the compatibility issue will be solved ?

Since Avro is not honouring semver, and with the recent addition of JSON and Protobuf to Schema-Registry, we're thinking of removing the codec specific parts (Avro) from libserdes and having libserdes only be a schema-registry client, the application can easily wrap it in conjunction with avro-c/avro-cpp, libprotobuf, libjansson, etc.
