Engagement page -> no additional message for Delegated account

Current situation

As a user I came to Engagement point to set my account address as Delegated, then after sometime refreshing the page/clearing delegated field, I came again and enter again the same account and for this case I do not see any info message indicated that this account already set as delegated (there is only small changes 'Clear delegate' button slightly highlighted with grey button)

Would be nice to have additional info message after user enters already delegated account and make UX more friendly.
