Issue:
Initially reported at conda-forge/python-ldap-feedstock#4.

Currently, python-ldap depends on openldap only for the libldap. Meaning, installing just python-ldap also installs unnecessary OpenLDAP binaries.

As an example of how it's implemented elsewhere - Ubuntu 20.04 package python3-ldap depends on just libldap.
