we received the following feedback from an internal user.

When working with a multi-line qeustion, it's annoying that CMD+ENTER doesn't create a new line, but instead send the the message out.

Would you mind clarifying what is the expected behaviour? It looks to us that when you key CMD+ENTER you actually create a new line, and to send the message you just have to key ENTER. Are you on a non Mac OS? Or maybe you have some particular keybaord settings?

We could add also SHIFT+ENTER to cover users that are used to different keys
