Currently this is how code blocks look like in a quiz:

My feeling is that they should expand to the full available width.

Unfortunately, it appears this is a technical limitation due to how internally Radio elements are implemented.
The fix doesn't seem to be trivial and more development/investigation time might be needed event exploring different approaches for code related quiz.
I'll put this item back in the backlog and let's evaluate also how urgent it is
