I ran into the issue #267 because I have an HTC Vive Pro with the same linkbox model 2Q2B100. It fails to connect with both current git master and libsurvive-1.0. BUT it did work back in 2021 with exactly the same linkbox and machine. I could get measurments with the old libsurvive-0.3 from 2021-01-15. This is clearly a regression.
I cannot find the newer *300 model linkbox anywhere around me, and anyway changing hardware to circumvent a bug is not a proper solution.

Hi there! I experienced the same behavior but managed to circumvent the error by forcing libsurvive to build using hidapi instead of libusb. I may be able to investigate further at a later point in time.
