Add the ability to change operation mode

There doesn't currently seem to be a way to change mode, unless I'm missing it.

Being able to switch between at least:
Cooling
Heat
Fan
Off

...would be very useful.

Currently I'm not seeing a way to toggle between heat and cooling mode, for example. Or just to toggle fan, or to toggle off completely.

Edit: toggling off seems to be added (powering on does not currently seem to work in some cases at least)

For thermostats that support it, a dual Heat-Cool mode would also be greatly appreciated. My thermostat is usually in that mode through the year.

That, and a timed fan option, would be amazing. Pretty much perfect otherwise.

Edit: I know there is a Mode button, but for me it only shows Heat and Off. Maybe I have it configured incorrectly, but I think a heat/cool mode is still missing.
