Yes, you can use the "releases" files and install it manually.

1. Download zip archive with card and extract to directory
   

2. I put in configuration.yaml file:
   lovelace:
   mode: yaml
   resources:

   • url: /local/climate/thermostat-dark-card.ts
     type: module

3. Than I set in ui-lovelace.yaml file:
   title: My Home
   views:

• title: Termo
  cards:
  • type: 'custom:thermostat-dark-card'
    entity: climate.koridor
    name: koridor

4. restart HA

Result:
