Hi,

Thanks for your work.

Is there any way to already retrieve the answering machine/TAM? I would like to check whether a new call was recorded in the last x hours.

Hello Sweenylein!

Thank you for your interest in Fritz#. This service allows you to manage the telephone answering machine (TAM) of your device. You can perform various actions such as getting the TAM information, enable the TAM, delete a message, mark a message, and retrieving the TAM call list.

To help you get started, I have attached the document AVM TR-064 - First Steps that explains the possible TAM actions. See section 6.1.23 Service X_AVM-DE_TAM for further information.

Additionally, I have implemented two test methods that demonstrate how to use TAM actions. The first one is SimpleTest.TestTamGetInfo, which shows how to get the TAM information. The second one is SimpleTest.TestGetTamMessageList, which shows how to get the URL of the tamcalllist.xml file. This file contains all the information about the TAM messages, such as the caller number, the date and time, and the duration. You can download this file and parse it to extract the information you need.

I hope this email helps you understand how to use Fritz#. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact me.

Best regards,

Christian
