Create package uninstall script to remove and files and settings left over

Now that nordnm is packaged as DEB and RPM, most users are installing the tool this way.
Package managers come with the added benefit of allowing us to do a cleanup after uninstall, so it should be relatively simple to create an uninstall script to remove any leftovers if the tool is removed.
