Change Nation-Phoneprefix to local prefix #19
Comments
Why? international prefixes work perfectly fine in a FritzBox. No need to convert them. |
just national pefixes will be send by provider - so the box showes the name and want to make an aditional (or new) entry to my test-phonebook if there is an entry in the main phonebook, even if there is an entry with the international prefix in the test-phonebook |
Don't get it. Here it perfectly works with my FritzBox and I always use international prefixes no matter in which phonebook. |
@jens-maus it seems that the provider sends 012345 but in the phonebook it is +4912345 - so the FritzBox does not match them (according to @caldir65 - never tested that) and therefore in the callers-list the numbers and not the names appear. |
@carlos22 This is at least not true here. As said, I have my phonebook full of +49xxxx numbers and my provider also sends 0123xxx numbers only and they are perfectly matched. |
Ok that was also my assumption. Maybe this is a settings issue? The FB needs to know which is the default prefix (Germany, +49 in this case). |
Hi,
please do an automatic exchange of national prefixes (e.g. +49 Germany) to a local prefix (germany is 0) during upload to fritzbox
Thx
