IMS login should be case insensitive for usernames

IMS login usernames appear to be case sensitive. E.g., "safety phil" doesn't work as a user name because the account name in the Clubhouse is "Safety Phil". This isn't so much a problem for me, but some users may not remember the specific capitalization of their username (e.g., "BitBucket", who tried to log in as "Bitbucket" and had it fail).
