create channel - bad layout and broken

Layout on FF is broken and doesn't work.

Ok, impossible to compare "Create Channel layout" with "Edit Channel layout". This was the used layout since this feature was added to the webclient, one year ago.

The point is it's missing a spacer on the lhs.
