read channels should bubble down, unread bubble up. (testing on dev-candy)

Should be fixed (following the discussed rules at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/buddycloud-dev/fXwnxkuQ8Js).

If bubbling starts to be an issue again, reopen #304 without setting a milestone.

Sorry, it seems something is wrong with jenkins and it hadn't auto deployed the changes, can you test it again (on a icognito window)?
