As a repository manager I want the system to record any digital preservation actions taken by Hyrax.

DP Solution (the file ingest part): MUST Perform and record digital preservation actions: file fixity, virus checking on file ingest

DP Solution: CAN Use the Hyrax application framework for digital preservation actions (see Terminology: Hyrax, above) provided that these are recorded, auditable, and verifiable, using an external system.
