Figured it out finally for Ethereum. Download mycrypto.com Desktop application. Then put in your Bitpay Seed when creating a new wallet. After that, just go through the pages until you find the wallet with the ETH on it, load it, and send the ETH to a different receiving address.

If your funds are stuck and you're using BTC, then I'm pretty sure you can import your Bitpay Seed into Electrum and use the console to increase the gap limit so that Electrum can pull in the funds from the addresses.

Do that if the mycrypto wallet doesn't support BTC the same way it does ETH.
